the location was convenient with good access to transport links.
The room was far too small, barely fitting the luggage. The bathroom was equally cramped. the breakfast options were very limited and seemed repetitive each day. i found this frustrating and not what i expected for the price paid.

The location was VERY convenient. It was close to Paddington station. The staff was lovely, and the room I had was quiet. I didn't hear noise from other rooms.
The room was quite small. The bathroom felt especially cramped. The breakfast choices seemed quite narrow. I expected more variety.

The location was convenient, with proximity to the station and various shops. A staff member at the front desk, Stan, offered great assistance (he really were very good).
The window quality was poor, resulting in a cold room when the heating was off and noticeable road noise.
